SUMMARY
I am having problems downloading my Laplink product. What can I do?
SOLUTION
Contact our Customer Service department if:
- You did not received an email confirming your purchase.
- You must re-download the product that your purchased.
- You want to return a downloaded product.
- You need a serial number for your product.
- You see the following error message when you double-click the download file: No Files to Extract.
