I'm trying to synchronize my mobile device with Lotus Notes. I get this error message when I try to synchronize. What do I need to change?




  1. From the Windows Start menu, point to Programs, then PDAsync and click the synchronization for Lotus Notes.

  2. Click Settings and then the Data Sources tab.

  3. In the left column, click Notes Calendar.

  4. Click Change and then Browse.

  5. Locate your calendar *.NSF file and click OK.

  6. In the left column, click Notes Mail.

  7. Click Change and then Browse.

  8. Locate your mail *.NSF file and click OK.

  9. Click Apply, then OK and then Exit.
  10. NOTE: Contact your Notes Administrator if you need assistance locating your *.NSF files.

  11. Retry the synchronization.
